License terms

Licence agreement
This licence agreement is a legally binding agreement between you (as natural or legal person) and Try Us ApS regarding the use of DialGuard, Panda Antivirus Titanium or BitGuard Personal Firewall (hereinafter referred to as the product). When installing and using the product you shall be deemed to have accepted the provisions of this agreement.

General Terms
The registration code is personal and may not be shared with other persons or made public.

Trial Version
You may try the product for a period of 14 days on one individual computer, whereupon the product must be registered or removed from the computer.

Registered version
When purchasing a registration code we grant you the right to install the product on one individual computer. Try Us ApS reserve the right to deny registration or, at a later time, withdraw an already existing registration in case we find that the registration code has been used to register more copies of the product, or in case there is any other indication of violation of the provisions of this agreement. Try Us ApS also reserve the right to issue new registration codes to replace previous codes at any time.

Limitation of Liability
Try Us ApS hereby disclaim liability for any damage (including but not restricted to direct or indirect loss caused by personal injury, loss of profits, interruption of business/private activity, loss of business/private information or any other financial loss), arising out of the use or inability to use Try Us ApS software. In no event shall Try Us ApS' liability under the terms of this agreement exceed the actual purchase price of a registration code.
